Ayla (she/they) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Family Systems from the University of Denver and has completed a comprehensive two-year post-graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Denver Family Institute. Ayla brings a specialized focus to her practice, working extensively with neurodivergent clients, particularly those with AuDHD. Her skill set is enhanced by additional training in the Gottman Method (Level 2), Somatic EMDR, and Soul-based Somatic Trauma Therapy. Ayla is also a Reiki Master in the Usui Lineage, integrating diverse therapeutic approaches to support her clients holistically.

When she's not a therapist, Ayla is a cat-mom, garden and houseplant enthusiast, and self-published poet. She enjoys hiking, painting, and video games.
