Dayna is a Certified Transformational Parenting Coach (CTPC) who helps mamas cultivate healthy relationships with their children (and themselves) through breaking dysfunctional thought, belief, and behavior patterns while supporting them in parenting with intention and purpose. Dayna is certified through the Jai Institute for Parenting, holds a bachelor's degree in Communication, and has 10+ years experience in 1:1 coaching with focus areas in conscious & gentle parenting, career, divorce, coparenting, relationships, and personal development. Dayna is a recently divorced mama to Dominic (6) and Allie (4), both of whom served as her catalysts and continue to serve as her motivation for healing and breaking generational cycles of trauma.
About Me
--Dayna grew up in a northern Minnesota town of only 315 and moved to Phoenix, Arizona to start a new life after graduating college in 2010. (because, trauma)
--When Dayna isn't coaching or chasing her kiddos, you can find her hiking, at the gym, sipping an extra hot caramel oatmilk latte at an artsy coffee shop, reading, or spending time with her partner & closest friends.
--Dayna has an odd talent for making farm animal noises, often talks to herself in an accurate English accent, and is known for throwing solo dance parties in her kitchen when she needs a pick me up.
